Agrisolar Project Video

Red Empire Media produced this four-minute project video showcasing Western Australia’s first commercial-vineyard agrisolar array at Plume Estate in the Perth Hills.

Combining interviews with the grower and project manager, detailed coverage of the solar installation and sweeping drone footage of the surrounding vineyard, the video explains how solar panels installed above grapevines may support both renewable energy generation and more resilient farming.

The story highlights encouraging early results, including reduced electricity costs, lower water use, improved soil conditions and better acid retention in grapes. It also explores the research, collaboration and future potential of agrisolar technology within Western Australia’s viticulture industry.
