Red Empire Media has had the pleasure of working with St John of God Murdoch Hospital since January 2020 on a large variety of projects and have produced an eclectic mix of over 27 videos for them. From promotional, instructional and recruitment videos to a virtual tour of their Maternity Ward, we love collaborating with them on these fantastic campaigns and working with their marketing and leadership team. We have enjoyed learning about many different topics and have gained some invaluable insights from working with one of WA’s leading healthcare providers. 

We wanted to reflect on some of the videos we have produced for St John of God and celebrate some of the highlights from the last two years. The projects are a diverse mixture, varying widely in tone and purpose from corporate to comedic.

The “When you need us” campaign was shot in April 2020 and highlighted the comprehensive care, service and facilities provided by SJOG. The videos aimed to reassure patients and clients that SJOG Murdoch’s high-quality services would remain available through COVID-19. 

Murdoch’s “Time to Shine” initiative encourages those previously in nursing who have left to pursue other careers or family commitments to return to their nursing careers. We created a corporate recruitment video for SJOG Murdoch that outlines their support in this process.

One of the services that make SJOG Murdoch unique is the Room Service Menu they offer to patients. They are the first hospital in Western Australia to provide this revolutionary service and have received some fantastic feedback from patients who loved their experience. 

Red Empire Media have produced two videos about the hospital’s Room Service menu. The first is a promotional video hosted by TV presenter Rebecca Marsh, who gives viewers a first-hand look at how the Room Service menu service works in the maternity ward. The video also links to the virtual tour we made for their Maternity Ward, and together they create a very immersive and enticing experience for current and future patients.

The second video is a fun, cinematic video that celebrated the first Anniversary of the Room Service program. We enjoyed making this comedic, trailer-style video and had lots of fun on set with the SJOG team.

We look forward to creating more content with the St John of God Murdoch team and are proud to have worked on some exceptional campaigns and projects for them.
