Subi East will be one of the biggest redevelopment areas of Western Australia that DevelopmentWA will have undertaken.
The area covers 35 hectares of land from the Former Princess Margaret Hospital all the way down to the new Bob Hawke College and over to the former Subiaco Oval and West Leederville station.
Subi East will be completed over the next 20 years and will include up to 2700 new dwellings with commercial, retail and community space.
